Policy Information on Returns, Exchanges, Defective Merchandise and Cancellations:

Baby Discovery, LLC wants to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.  We pride ourselves on quality customer service.  

Inspect your purchase immediately when it arrives to ensure that no damage has occurred in shipping. Leave tags attached to clothing and try on clothing to verify the size is correct.

Requirements: ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED and NOT DRY CLEANED WITH TAGS ATTACHED and ALL ACCESSORIES. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it. If an item has been worn, washed, dry cleaned, the tags/accessories have been removed, or shows signs of being used, it is not eligible for a return/exchange. Returns and exchanges that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded or exchanged and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (excluding Special Order items): All purchases are final 30 days from the order date. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the package within 30 days of the order date and the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received with TAGS ATTACHED and ALL ACCESSORIES (flowers, headbands, hats, ties, etc). No refunds will be processed for packages mailed more than 30 days after the order date. Shipping charges are not refundable.

NOT all items are returnable and/or subject to a refund. The following items will not be accepted by our return department:

  • Gift Cards are not refundable
  • Clearance items (all sales are final)
  • Holiday Clothing (all sales are final - embroidered, appliqued, or smocked clothing that are specific to a holiday - i.e. Santa Claus, Reindeer, Easter Bunny, etc.)
  • Personalized Clothing or Personalized Gifts (i.e. Name Embroidery, Engraving, Painting, etc.)
  • Baby Gift Baskets
  • Toys and Games (may be exchanged if defective)
  • Accessories (personal items such as hair bows, socks, etc. may not be returned if the package seal; may be exchanged if defective)

Refunds for Special Order items: Any SPECIAL ORDER item refund request is subject to a 50% restocking fee. If the item is a special order item, it will be stated in the description as SPECIAL ORDER. No refunds will be allowed 30 days after  the date of sale. To be eligible for a refund, the return must comply with the Refund Policy specified above. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer an exchange of merchandise. If you need a different size item, please re-order the product at www.babydiscovery.us to ensure product availability. If the size you need is not available, send an email to info@babydiscovery.us with your order number and size needed to find out when the item will be restocked. Proceed to return the original item and a refund will be processed according to the Refund information specified above.

Defective Items: Any merchandise defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment. In order for shipping costs to be reimbursed to the customer, defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same style/size/color. The company must be given an ample opportunity to replace the defective merchandise. If a refund is requested, the refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Merchandise that has been WORN, WASHED, DRY CLEANED, or had the TAGS REMOVED does not fall under the defective merchandise policy.

Cancellations: All orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Please log in to your account to find out the status of your order and Contact Us immediately if your order is still pending. Unless you have received a confirmation of your cancellation from us, your order has been processed and we are unable to accommodate your request.
