Manufacturer Policy: In the event of a snap being broken after or during use, the snap will be repaired and the original garment returned to the customer. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check the garment carefully before removing any tags or labels. Returns agreed to for any reason other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 50% re-stocking charge and loss of shipping and handling charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the garment returned shows any sign of being worn, no credit will be given.

Exchanges will be made only for size differences when necessary within the same style. Any size exchange must be requested within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Product is non-refundable if worn. Returns for any reason other than an error by Little Things Mean a Lot are subject to a 50% restocking fee plus shipping.
