Baby Discovery, LLC wants to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. We pride ourselves on quality customer service.
Inspect your purchase immediately when it arrives to ensure that no damage has occurred in shipping. Leave tags attached to clothing and try on clothing to verify the size is correct.
Holiday Returns Policy: GIFT items sold and shipped between Nov 25 and Dec 15 may be returned until Jan 14 for a refund subject to the policies listed below. NOTE: Clothing items must have original tags ATTACHED. No exceptions.
Store Policy - For any Refund, Exchange or Defective Merchandise:
All sales are final 30 days from the date of sale. An item must be returned in the same condition the customer received it. If an item has been worn, washed, dry cleaned or the tags / accessories have been removed, the item is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded or exchanged and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
NOT all items are returnable and/or subject to a refund. The following items will not be accepted by our return department:
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer an exchange of merchandise. If you need a different size item, please re-order the product to ensure product availability. If the size you need is not available, send an email with your order number and size needed to find out when the item will be restocked.
Refunds excluding special order clothing:
All sales are final 30 days from the sale date. No refunds will be allowed after 30 days from the sale date. To be eligible for a refund, the return must comply with the Store Policy specified above.
CUSTOMERS or GIFT RECIPIENTS must request a refund by completing the short Request for Return or Exchange form.
Refund Policy for Special Order Clothing: Any SPECIAL ORDER CLOTHING refund request is subject to a 50% restocking fee. If the item is a special order item, it will be stated in the description as SPECIAL ORDER. No refunds will be allowed 30 days from the date of sale. To be eligible for a refund, the return must comply with the Store Policy specified above. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable. If the product was shipped using the free or discounted shipping offered by Baby Discovery, the actual shipping fees incurred by Baby Discovery will be deducted from the product refund.
Cancellation Policy:
All orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Please log in to your account to find out the status of your order and Contact Us immediately if your order is still pending. Unless you have received a confirmation of your cancellation from us, your order has been processed and we are unable to accommodate your request.
Defective Merchandise Policy:
All items are inspected before shipment and carefully packaged to ensure proper delivery. Your order should arrive in perfect condition. Examine item prior to use and tag removal.
Any defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same style/size/color in order for shipping costs to be reimbursed to the customer. Merchandise that has been WORN, WASHED, DRY CLEANED, or had the TAGS REMOVED does not fall under the defective merchandise policy.
The company must be given an ample opportunity to replace the defective merchandise. If a refund is requested, the refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
