Baby Discovery, LLC wants to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. We pride ourselves on quality customer service.
Inspect your purchase immediately when it arrives to ensure that no damage has occurred in shipping. Leave tags attached to clothing and try on clothing to verify the size is correct.
Store Policy - For any Refund, Size Exchange or Defective Merchandise:
An item must be returned in the same condition the customer received it. If an item has been worn, washed, dry cleaned or the tags / accessories have been removed, the item is not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded or exchanged and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
NOT all items are returnable and/or subject to a refund/exchange. The following items will not be accepted by our return department:
Exchange Policy:
All sales are final after 30 days from the date of delivery for the original order (not the date the exchange was delivered). Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, you must return your item in the same condition you received it including ALL ACCESSORIES (flowers, headbands, hats, ties, etc). The customer is responsible for shipping costs to ship the package to Baby Discovery.
If the exchange is valued at $39 or more and the delivery destination is domestic (located in the USA including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO), the 1st exchange may be shipped to you FREE OF CHARGE. When the return item is received, the exchange item will be shipped. If the delivery is time sensitive (RUSH ORDER), you must complete a new order for the desired item and a refund will be processed when the original order item is received.
For exchanges valued at less than $39 and the delivery destination is domestic (located in the USA including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO), the customer must complete a new order for the desired item. When the original order item is received, a refund will be processed.
If the delivery address is international (outside of the USA), the customer must complete a new order for the desired item. When the original order item is received, a refund will be processed.
Refunds excluding special order clothing:
All sales are final after 30 days from the date of delivery. No refunds will be allowed after 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the return must comply with the Store Policy specified above.
CUSTOMERS or GIFT RECIPIENTS must request a refund by completing the short Request for Return or Exchange form. No fees are charged for the 1st item returned; a minimum of $2.00 per item will be charged for additional items returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If the product was shipped using the free or discounted shipping offered by Baby Discovery, the actual shipping fees incurred by Baby Discovery will be deducted from the product refund.
Refund Policy for Special Order Clothing: Any SPECIAL ORDER CLOTHING refund request is subject to a 50% restocking fee. If the item is a special order item, it will be stated in the description as SPECIAL ORDER. No refunds will be allowed after 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the return must comply with the Store Policy specified above. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable. If the product was shipped using the free or discounted shipping offered by Baby Discovery, the actual shipping fees incurred by Baby Discovery will be deducted from the product refund.
Cancellation Policy:
All orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Please log in to your account to find out the status of your order and Contact Us immediately if your order is still pending. Unless you have received a confirmation of your cancellation from us, your order has been processed and we are unable to accommodate your request.
Defective Merchandise Policy:
All items are inspected before shipment and carefully packaged to ensure proper delivery. Your order should arrive in perfect condition. Examine item prior to using. Any defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
