How to Request a Refund:

Simply following the instructions on the packing slip included with the item.

How to Request an Exchange:

We do not offer an exchange of merchandise. If you need a different size item, please re-order the product to ensure product availability.

If the size you need is not available, complete the form below and provide the following information to find out when the item will be restocked:

• Name
• Order Number
• Size Needed
• Date of Event
  

Email inquiries are typically answered the same business day or within 1 business day. Email inquiries sent on Friday will generally be answered the following Monday.
