| Refund and Exchange Policy Information:
Baby Discovery, LLC wants to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. We pride ourselves on quality customer service.
Inspect your purchase immediately when it arrives to ensure that no damage has occurred in shipping. Leave tags attached to clothing and try on clothing to verify the size is correct.
Cancellation Policy:
All orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Defective Merchandise Policy:
All items are inspected before shipment and carefully packaged to ensure proper delivery. Your order should arrive in perfect condition. Examine clothing prior to wearing. Any defects must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Exchange Policy:
All sales are final after 30 days from the date of delivery for the original order (not the date the exchange was delivered). To be eligible for an exchange, you must return your item in the same condition you received it including ALL ACCESSORIES (flowers, headbands, hats, ties, etc). Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery to have the 1st exchange shipped to you FREE OF CHARGE if the delivery destination is located in the USA. For size exchanges for international delivery addresses, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to ship the package to Baby Discovery.
Refunds excluding special order clothing:
All sales are final after 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item in the same condition you received it. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the product was shipped using the free or discounted shipping offered by Baby Discovery, the actual shipping fees incurred by Baby Discovery will be deducted from the product refund. No refunds will be allowed after 30 days from the date of delivery.
-CUSTOMERS or GIFT RECIPIENTS- must request a refund by calling Baby Discovery. No fees are charged for the 1st item returned; a minimum of $2.00 per item will be charged for 2 or more items returned.
Refund Policy for Special Order Clothing:
Any SPECIAL ORDER CLOTHING refund request is subject to a 50% restocking fee. If the item is a special order item, it will be stated in the description as SPECIAL ORDER. No refunds will be allowed after 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item in the same condition you received it. Note: Shipping charges are not refundable. If the product was shipped using the free or discounted shipping offered by Baby Discovery, the actual shipping fees incurred by Baby Discovery will be deducted from the product refund.
NOT all items are returnable and/or subject to a refund. The following items will not be accepted by our return department:
Accessories (hair bows, socks, etc.)
Personalized Clothing or Personalized Gifts (i.e. Engraving, Painting, etc.)
Special Order Clothing (subject to a 50% restocking fee)
Baby Gift Baskets
Toys and Games (may be exchanged if defective)
Holiday Clothing (all sales are final - embroidered, appliqued, or smocked clothing that are specific to a holiday - i.e. Santa Claus, Reindeer, Easter Bunny, etc.)
Clearance items (all sales are final)
For any Refund, Size Exchange or Defective Merchandis:
CLOTHING MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED and NOT DRY CLEANED WITH ALL TAGS AND ACCESSORIES ATTACHED. An item must be returned in the same condition the customer received it. If an item has been worn, washed, dry cleaned or the tags / accessories have been removed, it is not eligible for a return/exchange. Returns and exchanges that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded or exchanged and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
How to Request a Size Exchange or Refund:
Contact Customer Care by calling 619-955-6272 to request a return or exchange authorization number. Provide the following information:
* Name
* Order Number
* Reason for Return (Exchange-specify size / Refund)
If the return or exchange is approved, a return/exchange authorization number will be provided along with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. If the return is a result of our error, Baby Discovery will reimburse the return shipping fees.
Shipping Items for an Exchange or Refund:
Returns must be sent using a traceable method of shipment. Baby Discovery is not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid - Baby Discovery will not accept CODs.
You may use any of the following methods:
* USPS with priority shipping and delivery confirmation
* UPS Shipping Services with tracking
* FedEx Shipping Services with tracking
Allow 1 - 5 business days from the time the item is you shipped the item back to Baby Discovery in order to process your return/exchange.
All sales are considered final 30 days from the date of delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
Most orders are processed immediately and thus can not be cancelled. Please log in to your account to find out the status of your order and contact us immediately if your order is still pending. Unless you have received a confirmation of your cancellation from us, your order has been processed and we are unable to accommodate your request.
